Event 18: Collins Joins Dannenmann

$500 + $60 Six-Max No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

Dannenmann Does In Antonious

Two players who have final tabled the WSOP Main Event are now at the same table.  Phil Collins, 5th in 2011, has re-entered and joined Steve Dannenmann, 2nd in 2005, where the two combine for $6.6 million in final table earnings.

Collins won $2.3 million last November where he finished behind winner Pius Heinz, while Dannenmann was runner-up to Joe Hachem for $4.3 million.

On a board of 6 Q 7,  Dannenmann bets 2,500 from the button, Tony Antonious (Redington Shores, FL) moves all in for 6k more and Dannenmann calls.

Dannenmann: KQ
Antonious: A 6

The turn and river miss Antonious and Dannenmann takes his stack to 45k.

"Good, I wanted to re-enter anyway," Antonious says with a hardy laugh. Antonious is looking to repeat his final table appearance when he finished 4th in this event during the 2011 Borgata Winter Poker Open.

Level 6 (the last for re-entry) is underway as blinds are 200/400/50 ante.
