Rags opened for a raise, then Eugene Fouksman 3-bet. Ryan Dion 4-bet-shoved for 2.395 million straight. Rags folded, but Eugene made the call.
Ryan tabled AK and had Eugene's AQ dominated. The board ran out dry and Ryan doubled up to ~5 million.
Ryan Dion
Eugene dropped below 6 million.
Shortly after, the same two players tangled again.
On a flop of A Q 9 -- all clubs -- and with about a million chips in the pot, Ryan was all-in for 5.065 million. Eugene had 74 suited in clubs and had flopped a flush. Ryan held A9 suited in spades for two pair. He was on the verge of elimination, but then another 9 hit the river giving him a full boat.
Ryan chipped up to ~11.1 million and the chip lead. Eugene was left with only 230k.
Call him Ryan "Big Time".
ReplyDeleteWhat a couple of hands to take the big lead.
