With players falling fast the bubble comes quickly and has floor tournament supervisors Ryan and Jon hustling to get the exact head count.  As the announcement comes that hand-for-hand play will commence, there are multiple bustouts, leaving a couple of players wondering if they made the money.

Unfortunately for Arakadiy Tsinis (Las Vegas, NV) he lost 111k on his final hand compared to Dave Johnston's (Brigantine, NJ) 140k putting Tsinis squarely on the bubble in 181st place, one spot off the money.

That means Johnston is the first player to cash in the 2012 Borgata Winter Poker Open, finishing in 180th place for $1,045.  After collecting his cash, Johnston is eager to jump into Event 2 as registration is still open for the Black Chip Bounty tournament.
